Sir Isaac Newton was a mathematician and physicist (a natural philosopher), with knowledge in magic. He tried to organize the principles of magic and wrote a book in the subject: Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Artes Magicis.
His protégé was a Phillip Boucherett.
